Experience: 5 years or more
Work Setting: Private sector, Willing to relocate, Relocation costs covered by the employer. Computer and Technology Knowledge especially previous experience in IT related setup will be an asset. Spreadsheet, Inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, IT knowledge.
  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
  • Updating medical records as well as contact and billing details.
  • Developing and implementing an effective inventory control system to ensure that necessary office and medical supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with labs, other healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  • Ensuring that any complaints are promptly addressed and resolved.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
IT knowledge will be considered as an asset.
Supervision: 5-10 people
Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
